Another week, another kitchen… and we’re not slowing down anytime soon 🔥
At Fox Kitchens, it’s one after another at the minute — designs, installs, and plenty of graft in between… and honestly, we’re just having fun with it now 💪
This week, alongside our continued joinery works at the historic Hotel Reno, we’ve been over near Clapham fitting a brand new office kitchen for the hardworking team at Yorkshire Dales Millennium Trust 👏
A simple, practical setup done right — featuring a large sink cabinet to house pipework from the oil-fired boiler and a newly installed boiling water tap, plus space ready for freestanding appliances once the new flooring (supplied by Peter Allen Floor Coverings) is down.
This design was fitted with the sleek compact laminate work surface, a first time for us and WOW we loved using it, a huge recommendation for the future.
We were thrilled to be asked to carry out the install — it’s what we love doing 🙌

Happy Sunday Fox followers 🙌
Here’s a sneaky peek at one of our latest kitchen installations, now with the worktops fitted… and it’s already turning heads 👀
This project showcases one of last year’s newest colour releases from and — Seaglass, beautifully paired with an Imperial White worksurface for a fresh, timeless finish. Even at this stage, you can see just how special this space is going to be.
We’re keeping a few details under wraps for now… but trust us, the full reveal after decoration is complete will be well worth the wait 🔥
Now it’s over to Laura to take things forward as we move on to our next project — always pushing ahead, always delivering.

Another fantastic kitchen installation completed by the team at Fox Kitchens 🔨✨
This beautiful kitchen, taken from the over at features the ever-popular Mornington Beaded door in the stunning new colour tone Sea Glass – the perfect choice for Martin & Dawn at their home over in Newby.
Designed with a traditional feel but packed with modern functionality, this kitchen includes a brand new 70/30 fridge freezer, fully integrated dishwasher and extractor canopy, all supplied through our trusted partnership with AEG, Storage has been carefully considered too, with tall pull-out larders, three clever corner storage solutions and a classic farmhouse sink with the elegant tulip frontal.
The peninsula creates a welcoming seating area while incorporating reduced-depth units, finished with tongue & groove panelling to the gable – matching the wall panelling installed earlier in the week by the joiners here at Fox Kitchens.
With the worktops now ready for templating, it won’t be long before the final touches and decorating begin… and we can’t wait to see the finished result.

The sun was shining on us for this latest installation in Malham, in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales – and what a project it turned out to be. ☀️
From start to finish this kitchen was a pleasure to bring to life, centred around the ever-stunning traditional inframe shaker style kitchen by from our team over , finished in a beautiful paint-to-order Chalk.

The cabinetry is perfectly complemented by 40mm solid oak worktops, carefully oiled in an Osmo matt finish to bring out the natural character of the timber.
This one really showcased our joinery expertise. Featuring pull-out larders, a classic farmhouse sink with traditional latch hardware, a striking freestanding range cooker in a beautiful blue tone and of course the ever so popular extractor canopy.

The island was finished with tongue & groove panelling all the way around, while the tiled details tied the whole space together perfectly.
A truly striking space, expertly finished from the initial design right through to the final touches.

Out with the old and in with the new this week in beautiful Malham, Yorkshire Dales — where our joiners at Fox Kitchens have been busy installing a stunning new 1909 kitchen.
This project started with full preparation works, including floor prep, electrical alterations, and a complete strip-out with all waste responsibly removed, leaving everything ready for the next stages. With the kitchen now installed, we’re set for worktops, tiling, decorating, and a few bespoke joinery touches still to come.
Even at this stage, it’s clear this kitchen is going to look truly striking once complete — and we can’t wait to show you the finished result.

Another one wrapped up ✔️ and what a transformation this has been.
This latest installation formed part of a wider project where we constructed a brand new porch to create a larger, more practical utility space, alongside a full remodel of the existing kitchen layout. Small in scale… but the impact speaks for itself.
Out went the windows and in came beautiful French doors, flooding the space with natural light. The property was fully rewired, freshly plastered throughout, and new flooring expertly laid by our joiners before the kitchen installation even began — every stage carefully managed from start to finish.
The kitchen itself is from the second nature kitchens at Life Kitchens Trade, featuring the stunning Brampton door in Sage Green — exactly what Abigail asked for… well, not quite red 🍒… but we think everyone’s pretty happy with how it turned out!
Projects like this show what’s possible when kitchens are designed by joiners and fitted by joiners. Another beautiful kitchen completed this week in Austwick, North Yorkshire for Alex & Hannah 👏
From initial design, ordering and full installation — Fox Kitchens handled everything from start to finish to make the process smooth and stress-free.
The brief was to create a layout suited to a younger but growing family, focusing on practicality without losing that warm, timeless feel. The finished kitchen includes a full 5-piece .uk appliance setup: • Fully integrated washing machine
• Built-under oven
• Induction hob
• Fully integrated extractor
• 50/50 split integrated fridge freezer
Alex & Hannah knew the door and colour they wanted from day one — the Crathorne door in Taupe Grey from with trade kitchens was the perfect choice. Floating shelves with decorative corbels finish the space off beautifully.
Flooring supplied and fitted by Peter Allen Flooring Company using stunning oak-effect plank glued Amtico, and completed with quartz worktops templated and installed by Meridian Granite.
It was an absolute pleasure working for you both — we hope this kitchen becomes the heart of many memories with your young family 🏡

✨ Recent Kitchen Installation – Part of a Bigger Vision ✨
Our latest kitchen install forms part of a much larger project, including a newly built extended porch to create space for a utility area — a great example of thoughtful design meeting practical living.
The space has been fully transformed: 🔌 Re-wired by our bona fide subcontractor Steve Dinsdale
🪜 Re-plastered by everyone’s favourite, Tommy
🚪 Existing windows removed and replaced with French doors to open up the room beautifully
🧱 Brand-new flooring laid throughout, flowing seamlessly into the downstairs loo and boiler area
The kitchen itself was installed by Team Fox, with our joiners working directly from the plans to bring the design to life. Finished in this stunning shade of green from the Stanhope range by from our team over it’s a real showstopper 🌿
Worktops have now been templated and are ready for installation later this week, and we’ll be back to revisit this one once they’re fitted and the flooring is fully completed by Peter Allen Flooring of Settle.

🔨This Week’s Work on Site🔨

This week we’ve had the pleasure of installing bespoke, traditionally manufactured hardwood sliding sash windows, all fully paint finished and crafted to suit the character of the property perfectly.
It’s been a genuinely enjoyable week for the joiners on site, working alongside Danny, our client and a builder by trade — always a pleasure collaborating with someone who appreciates quality workmanship and attention to detail.
These windows form part of a much larger renovation project, including a full modernisation of the first floor and the replacement of a dormer on the second floor, and we’re proud to be involved from the early stages.
The team delivered a first-class finish throughout, completing the external works with a traditional trowelled mastic finish. Internally, some windows are ready to be plastered, while the main three have had the original panelling carefully re-fitted, all prepped and ready for the decorators.
With the end of the week finished with a new composite door, supplied and installed by team fox.

This week's installation takes us to Austwick where Alex & Hannah chose their very first kitchen. With a complete redesign from the existing kitchen offering a much larger working space, it was a complete new Appliance set up that was important. From .uk we were able to supply a new fridge freezer, single oven, induction hob, dishwasher and extractor.
Chosen from our collection with it was the crathorne in Taupe that was a must have for both Alex and Hannah.
As worktops have now been templated it's a matter of time before we're complete. Giving the decorator and floor later some time.

Off to a great start this year and with this week bringing us a special joinery manufacturer of 7 traditional sliding sash windows to install. Whilst the plastering is carried out at our next project.
