CHRISTMAS ANNOUNCEMENT 📣

As many of you lovely lot already know, Christmas is our busiest time of year!!🎄
So to keep things running smoothly please please please book in advance and make the right appointment too(see below), arrive on time for your appointment, book longer for painting if you think you need it, having your order number on hand for collection, and collecting your pottery as quickly as you can to free up some space on our shelves!
Hand and footprints!
If you’re thinking of getting your baby’s or your pets prints done throughout the festive period eg. Baubles, treat plates, mugs etc. Please book under the “hand and footprint taking onto pottery” option! This is a 30 minute appointment for a staff member to take as many prints as possible for you! If you would like us to decorate your piece for you just book in this option. If you would like to decorate your piece yourself after having your prints done please book in the closest pottery painting session!
Pottery painting!
If you’re thinking of joining us for pottery painting, please book in advance, our sessions last 90 minutes, during this session you will choose and paint your pottery, if you think you will need more than 90 minutes please book out the following slot!
Glazing and firing turn around for POTTERY PAINTING pieces done solely by YOU is 7-10 days!
Glazing and firing turn around for POTTERY PAINTING AND HAND OR FOOTPRINT pieces paintedby US is 2-3 weeks!
Please bare this in mind when making your appointments
For example if you’d like your Christmas baubles done ready in time to put on the tree in DECEMBER THIS YEAR get them done by the second week of November, they will then be ready to collect during the 1st week of December!
