We usually have 2 full kilns on every day to ensure we get your pots ready as soon as possible.

Once your pots are packaged we send you a text with your invoice number. On occasion people miss our text or it doesn't go through. If you haven't got your pots then call us on 0114 267 0797 to check.

Otherwise we will be bringing forward our 'deep cleaning' a few days (we would all rather serve customers)
