PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU GIVE UP ON YOUR DREAM. ❤️

Maybe nobody is noticing your effort yet.

Maybe the business is not growing the way you imagined.
✅Maybe the views are low.
✅Maybe the customers are few.
✅Maybe the applications keep coming back with “unfortunately…”🙏
✅Maybe you are working hard and still wondering, “Is any of this even worth it?”

Please do not quit yet.

Some of the most important seasons of your life will look unimpressive while you are living through them.

There will be days when you are planting and nobody is clapping.

Days when you are learning quietly.

Days when you are making mistakes.

Days when your progress is so small that even you begin to doubt yourself.

But those days matter.

Never despise the days of little beginnings. 🌱

✅That first customer matters.
✅That first £10 profit matters.
✅That first opportunity matters.
✅That first rejection matters.
✅That first mistake matters.
✅That first person who believed in you matters.

Because little beginnings are not empty beginnings.

✅They are where you learn discipline.
✅They are where you build courage.
✅They are where you develop patience.
✅They are where you discover what works and what does not work.
✅They are where you become the person capable of handling the success you are praying for.

Think about a seed.

When it is buried underground, it looks like nothing is happening.

Nobody sees the roots growing.

Nobody applauds.

Nobody sees the progress.

But something powerful is happening beneath the surface.

And then one day, what was hidden begins to show.

Your life can be the same.

Just because people cannot see your progress does not mean you are not progressing.

Do not compare your beginning with someone else’s breakthrough.

✅You do not know how many disappointments they survived.
✅You do not know how many nights they cried.
✅You do not know how many times they almost gave up.

So keep going.

If only five people support you today, appreciate those five.

If your business is small, serve every customer like you already run an empire.

If you are learning a new skill, keep practising even when you feel terrible at it.

If you fail, learn.

If they reject you, try again.

If the door closes, knock on another one.

And if progress is slow, keep moving anyway.

One day, the same people who saw your small beginning may look at your success and call you lucky.

But you will know the truth.

You will remember the sacrifices.

The disappointments.

The lonely days.

The prayers.

The small wins.

The moments when quitting looked easier than continuing.

And you will smile because you will realise that everything started in those little days you almost despised.

Please do NOT give up on yourself because the results are small today.

The seed does not look like the tree.

The foundation does not look like the building.

And your beginning does not look like your destination.

Keep going. Your story is still being written. 🔥

Our treadmill has been collecting some sweat lately and I am here to celebrate the man responsible! 😂🏃🏾‍♂️💦❤️

Good morning, my lovely blue-app family! 🫶☀️ Please join me in cheering on my hubby. His determination and consistency deserve some love! 👏

Here is how his journey is going, with the treadmill readings pictures to tell the story:

DAY 2 🔥
18 minutes, 39 seconds,
1.25 miles and
159 calories displayed

DAY 3 🔥
23 minutes,
1.55 miles and
196 calories displayed

He took a rest day on Sunday and came back yesterday with 🔥
29 minutes, 25 seconds,
2 miles and
253 calories displayed! 🎉💪

He is been using incline level 12, the highest setting on our treadmill, with speeds between 4 and 6 mph, starting with some running and doing plenty of determined, brisk walking. The sweaty pictures tell the rest! 😂💦

My darling, I am proud of the effort you are putting in and the way you keep showing up. Every session is another promise to yourself kept. ❤️🫶

And to anyone struggling to get into a routine, you are welcome on this journey too. Start at your own pace, make room for rest and celebrate your progress. You do not have to match his settings or numbers for your effort to count. 💛
