Got a phone call of a good friend who works at Steel City Wheels as there unit door was catching & wasn't closing correctly.

Whipped the door of for slight adjustment on top and bottom.
Re-installed the door & it was back to operating how it should.

This was a aluminum door, we can repair & replace aluminum systems as well as upvc systems.

If anyone is looking for a company to refurb there wheels then these are the company for the job. I've had mine done & they was done to a very high standard & staff are friendly & very helpful 👌

Only got after photo not before 🤦‍♂️

(Looking at hiring a camera man as I'm more focused on getting the job done than taking before & after photos)

I don't get enough time to post on here on a daily basis.

We offer a service to repair your old drafty window & doors to save paying out a fortune for new.

A couple of jobs we've done in the last few weeks,

Been called out again to Waverley's retail park to change some damaged glass in the aluminium doors.

We've got a returning customer who had a new set of window hinges to stop the draft coming through a bedroom window as well as some new glass as the old ones had seen better days and started condensation inside the glass where the seals have gone. Lastly a window restrictor installed to stop the window opening fully.

Few other jobs glass replaced what got broken cutting the grass. Changed Georgian bar glass for clear glass to open up the view for a new returning customer.

So last week we had a call out to attend, something a little different. Lost keys on a set of double aluminium doors (luckily the doors were open so made the job a little easier on our behalf)

Fully strip down to allow some access to locks & then new cylinder locks installed 🔐🔐

We've recently installed a set of white french doors, like for like. (Forgot to take photos again)

Done some door adjustments, new cylinder locks, replaced some chrome door handles what had weathered and finally some window hinges as they wasn't compressing correctly on the captive gasket allowing air to get through the window when closed.

Had a phone call from a customer this evening, stating they lost their only front door key and the door was locked and needed access for a new sofa in the morning.

We gained access, free of any damage to the door or handle. A new cylinder lock installed supplied by the customer tried to recommend a high security lock replacement but they wanted this one they already had, so we do what all our customers want and deliver all services to a high standard.

Please note we don't charge a call out fee no matter what time of day it is.

Nice little job completed on a lovely retirement park in Torksey, Lincolnshire 🏞️

Two old upvc doors replaced with a stable door and a like for like upvc door, both with satin glass for privacy and flat reinforced panels.

Another couple of glass jobs recently done.

Had the pleasure working for a lovely couple in dinnington what recently moved into there property and they wasn't enjoying the bus route at night time. So we replaced the standard float glass for acoustic glass and the noise pollution dropped 40% 👌 (Customers Words) also replaced a window handle as the handle wasn't engaging allowing the window to open.

Quick unit change in killamarsh, where the original glass smashed internally.

The most recent one, was for a customer in Eckington where 3 units out of 6 was blown in her living room bay window allowing condensation to get inside the glass.
All replaced and looking new again.
