I've had a lovely night out, been back to reality with the ironing and Sunday dinner, and now it's time to get my head back into Melting Madness mode!! 🤣🕯️

RIGHTTTTT… CAN WE TALK ABOUT RUNNING A SMALL BUSINESS FOR A MINUTE?! 🤣🤣🩷

People see the wax melts, the orders and the finished products… but what they DON'T see is the absolute CHAOS that goes on behind the scenes!! 😂😭

Because apparently I'm not just a wax melt maker… I'm also:

🕯️ The maker
📦 The packer
📸 The photographer
📱 The social media manager
💻 The website manager
🏷️ The labels and legal bits department
📋 The stock checker
🛍️ The supply orderer
🎨 The product designer
💬 Customer services
🧹 AND the bloody cleaner afterwards!! 🤣🤣

ALL ME. JUST ME. ONE WOMAN. 🤦‍♀️😂

And let's not even talk about the fact I can start one job, get another idea halfway through, start that one, remember something else needs doing… and somehow end up with 15 jobs on the go and none of them finished!! 😭🤣

My house is slowly being taken over by stock, boxes, supplies and waxy madness, and all I want is MORE SPACE so I can grow this little business even bigger!! 🥹🩷

BUTTTTT… to get bigger, I need space. To get space, I need money. And the money I make keeps going straight back into the business because my brain won't stop coming up with new ideas!! 🤣🤣💸

Honestly, I need to stop giving myself ideas!! 😂😂

BUTTTTT… THERE IS LIGHT AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL!! 👀🥳

The workshop is getting done AFTER CHRISTMAS, and I've found the PERFECT ONE!! 😭🩷🙌

I am SO excited to finally have more space to work, store everything and hopefully keep growing Melting Madness without my house looking like a wax melt warehouse!! 🤣🤣

Of course, knowing me, I'll fill the new space up in about five minutes with all the ideas I've got planned!! 😂🤦‍♀️

And one thing I've had to learn along the way is that I can't always work at the speed my brain wants me to. Sometimes my body makes me slow down, even when my head is screaming that I've got a million things to do!! 😩🩷

It's frustrating as hell sometimes, but I'm learning that resting when I need to is part of keeping this little business going too. ❤️

I've been doing this for 6 YEARS, and we're now celebrating 100 WEBSITE ORDERS!! 🥹😭🩷

I genuinely wish I'd got the website years ago because I'd LOVE to know how many orders we'd be on now if I'd had it from the beginning!! 🤯🤣

I'm still learning, still growing, still making plans and still probably taking on far too much… but that's me!! 😂🩷
