Hello busy bees 🐝

I'm writing this with a heavy heart but I have come here to say I am officially closing my business with immediate effect.

I'm proud of what I have achieved in only a year of trading, I've gave it my all but my circumstances have changed and I no longer have the time to do this as well as my nursing.

Maybe the door will close for now but it may re-open one day if things change.

I just wanted to personally thank each and every one of you who have supported my little business. You were loyal and I appreciated every single order you placed.

I wasn't going to post this, but after what has just happened, I feel I want and need too say something.

The candle/home fragrance industry is CUT THROAT and there are companies that would stab you in the back quicker than a hiccup..instead of celebrating and lifting each other up.

The photo below is the advertisement of a candle company on Facebook. I just came across this and commented the following:

"This post is slanderous, the photo blurred out is a Jo Malone, Lime Basil Mandarin candle. If you know about candles, you'll know that Jo Malone candles are made out of vegetable waxes and not paraffin, dragging other companies down to better your own doesn't make you more successful"...

I've instantly been blocked 🚫 can't see the comment or even find the company. This suggests they don't want people to see my comment or realise they've lied and panicked. This is not OK in business. Transparency is key!!

There are other inaccuracies within the claimed differences between these 2 products, but my main aim of this post is to highlight what I've said, don't drag another company down to better your own.

If you have to use another company like the example below, you've already failed in my opinion.
