Hello 👋
First of all apologies for the lack of posting on social media! Secondly for the long post, If I’m honest I have not had much to post! Life since May seems to have run away with me, as other areas of my life take priority, also a bout of illness affecting my family has been on my mind and needed to process, I would be lying if honestly petals of Grace has taken a backseat and was needed! That being said, meetings with my 2026 couples have taken place and lots of communication for some events coming up for the second half of the year with the truck! And dare I say winter workshops!
The last couple of years have really been an eye opener on how life can change in the blink of an eye and to how and why I started petals of Grace in the first place how it fits and how I would like to work going forward! This year Growing flowers has being a priority lots of practice trial and error, college exams, some really good crop others not so good all lessons and knowledge I plan on taking forward!
2026 will be the last year I create wedding flowers, for couples, this has been on my mind for the past year, I want to go back to the roots of petals of Grace and that is growing flowers and making bouquets up truck-side, and sharing my love of flowers through workshops and events and farewell flowers! With a regular truck-spot in Sherburn and surrounding areas, over the summer months of 2027! This may not be a decision I keep forever but right now feels right for me and my little family
2026 is the year universe finally forced me to stop, process the last couple of years all the changes and storms, stop living in survival and heal find balance and harmony and find my roots again! And I can honestly say I am so content In my little life, I hope to bring to the page the behind scene, family life at allotment and my new little venture of hand dyed silk hair ties, ribbons and more which has also been a creative outlet for me over this period! My life feels slower at the minute and I’m really soaking up my lovely little life! And hope this new route will fit perfectly alongside it!
Thank you for reading, me and my little truck can’t wait to c u soon❤️
