Da Craft Shed

04/10/2026

🧵 Da Craft Shed is open today from 2pm–4pm! 🧵

I’ll be in the shed working on some crafts for an upcoming craft fair, so if you’d like to pop in and see me at work, you’re more than welcome! 💚

There will be machinery and craft equipment in use, so please take extra care when visiting and children must be supervised by an accompanying adult at all times.

Come in for a wee nosy, have a look at what I’m working on, and say hello! 😊

✨ Da Craft Shed has had a little makeover!

I’ve been busy changing things around in Da Craft Shed and I’m really happy with how it’s looking. 💙

I’ve made more space for my embroidery equipment and textile art, as well as creating an area for workshops and other creative projects. 🧵🪡🎨

I wanted the space to feel more like a working craft studio as well as a shop, so you’ll now get to see a bit more of what I’m making and working on too.

There are also a few other little changes around the shop, so if you haven’t been in for a while, pop in and have a look! 😊

📍 Da Craft Shed, Shetland

Opening hours:
🕧 Thursday 12.30pm–2.30pm (until 1st October)
🕥 Friday 10.30am–2.30pm
🕐 Saturday 1pm–5pm

From 2nd October, Thursday will be back to 10.30am–2.30pm.

Come and see the new look — and have a wee browse while you’re here! 💙🧵✨

Temporary Closure Notice

Unfortunately, Da Craft Shed will be closed on Thursday and Friday this week.

After being closed last week due to my back problems, I now have a poorly toddler at home who needs looking after, so I won’t be able to open on those days.

I am planning to reopen on Saturday and look forward to seeing everyone then.

Thank you for your understanding, patience and continued support. ❤️

Unfortunately Da Craft Shed will be closed due to a flare-up of my chronic illness. At the moment I’m unsure when I’ll be able to reopen, but I will keep everyone updated. Thank you for your understanding and continued support. 💚
