Does your child need a little help expressing their feelings and worries?
Doing a regular check in can be a great way to nip worries in the bud before they grow. They can also help children who struggle to identify their feelings and need support with emotional regulation, including children on the spectrum.

The feedback has been great from parents of both neurotypical children and those with autism and/or adhd.
I designed these pads whilst working in a primary school and the children loved doing them. Who doesn't like being asked how they are?! If they don't like writing do it for them, there is no right or wrong way to do it ❤️

Hey 👋 I thought I'd jump on to say hi just in case anyone is looking at my page to see what happened to Munchy Gifts. I'm still lurking and selling on etsy. I mainly sell animal gift boxes now and a few pads - I've been Star seller for the last 4 months 😊
