With your safety in mind, we are the only loft ladder company that can fit three handles, two in the loft and one side handle to enable you to go up and down safely.

Our own surveyors will measure and assess your loft area and demonstrate our product free of charge and without obligation. After the, survey your loft ladders will be installed by our own skilled fitters in approximately 2 hours or throughout the region, generally within 2 weeks of a survey. We know that once you have seen how easy our loft ladders are to operate, you will want to unlock all that valuable space in your loft as soon as possible. Our price includes enlarging the opening into your loft, fitting the ladders adding a flush-fitting door and architrave surrounding, now available in white so you no longer have to paint the loft hatch and architrave.

No longer will you have to carry one or even two, step ladders up your ladders to access your loft. Bison ladders open and descend easily when you need them, the steps are 10 cm (4 inches) deep which gives a secure base to stand on particularly when you are carrying boxes, suitcases or Christmas trees and decorations. The steps are hinged so that they unfold quickly and easily, they are designed to fold up neatly to fit in your loft and take up very little space, leaving more room for your storage. When fully extended the steps stand securely on your landing on soft feet which protect your carpet and allow you to climb up and descend downstairs safely. Our product is the only type with two handrails fitted in the loft that allows you to come down backwards safely, you can also have one side handle that can be fitted to either the left or right side of the steps.

The space in your loft is a valuable part of your home, in fact, it can represent up to a third more usable space which you can access safely and easily. Our patented, soft-close power-assisted mechanism means the steps come down (and back up again) at the touch of a finger or there is a pole provided to reach the door. Constructed in our centrally located factory our ladders are made from natural wood from renewable forest areas. Bison loft ladders are an attractive addition to your home which are finished in a wipe clean white or you can paint, varnish or wax to suit your dΓ©cor.

Bison Loft Ladders will also add flooring and arrange for lighting to be fitted if required making your loft space even more usable. These optional extras can usually be fitted on the same day as your loft ladder which means you can use your space quickly.
