Bank holiday weekends were made for a little wander round the shops in the sunshine! ☀️

The shop’s feeling very colourful at the moment with lots of new arrivals dotted about — tins, mugs, kitchen bits and plenty of little gift ideas. Plus lots of outdoor dining bits and pieces that will go nicely with the weather that's forecast! 💛🧡

The shop always feels extra lovely when the sun decides to make an appearance… even if it’s only between the showers ☔️😅

New arrivals from Chilly's 💧🫐🍓

We’ve had some great new kids bottles arrive in store this week. They have an easy flip straw lid - perfect for little hands!
They’re BPA free and made using recycled stainless steel too which is always a bonus!♻️

PLUS a fresh restock of the original Chilly’s bottles including a gorgeous new Bluebell colour (swipe to the end) and our popular Emma Bridgewater Chilly's.

Perfect for school bags, days out, clubs, picnics and “Mum I’m thirsty” every 12 seconds 🙃

What you’ve all been buying in April ➡️👀

Zesters, Chilly’s bottles, steak knives, Shrewsbury tea towels, mini kitchen gadgets and stainless steel cookware have all been popular lately. A very random but excellent combination 😅

We always love seeing what everyone’s picking up each month — especially the “I only came in for one thing…” purchases that somehow turn into three extra bits for the kitchen.

We’re open as usual tomorrow for Sunday browsing from 11–4pm, so if you’re having a wander around town, come and say hello ☺️

Bright kitchen accessories - an antidote for a spring that’s not quite springing yet (what has happened to the weather!😩!)

In the shop we have lots of colourful kitchen bits and bobs - tools, trivets, teapots, tea towels and lots lots more.

Blink and you’ll miss ‘em in the reel so best come in for a proper look 😉

Just popping our Bank Holiday hours here so nobody turns up to a locked door 😅

We’re open as follows over the weekend, then back to usual from Tuesday.

Saturday - 9 - 5:30pm
Sunday - 11 - 4pm
Monday - 11 - 4pm

If the sun makes an appearance, you know where we are ☀️ Always lovely to see you.

The sunshine is here for the next few days and our outdoor dining section is looking 👌🏻👌🏻

Mikasa pasta bowls, Tunisian tableware, terracotta oil pourers, dip bowls and beautiful wooden salad servers. olive picks and more 😮‍💨

We do love this time of year! Hopefully the weather will hold out for the bank holiday weekend 🤞🏻

And another of our “Best of British” favourites… 🇬🇧

Silverwood has been making bakeware in Birmingham since the 1960s, and it’s one of those brands people come back to time and time again.

Still made here in the UK using traditional techniques, it’s known for being solid, reliable, and doing exactly what you want it to do (which, when it comes to baking, is quite important 😄).

A few things we really like about it:

🍰 Made in the UK 🇬🇧
🍰 Heavy gauge anodised aluminium
🍰 Even heat distribution
🍰 Easy release (no stuck cakes 👀)

It’s built up a bit of a following over the years with both professional chefs and keen home bakers — once you’ve used it, you’ll see why.

We’ve got a great range in the shop & online too ☺️
