A new artist in the window exhibition this week and until 16/4 Sheila Tweed has provided us with a lovely range of new work in her loose and lively mixed media style. There’s already been a couple sold so make sure you pop down to take a look!

What a year 2025 was! Thank you everyone that made it a corker - we were busier than we had ever anticipated and it was a blast! A successful Summer School in August led off the back of a very busy June & July and the summer just kept coming through September, by the end of which we were cooking up some ideas for 2026 which were elaborated on in November with and Jenny Gunning enabling us to formally be able to bring South West Art SPACE Printmaking Studio .space to life early in 2026!
Thank you to everyone who has helped and supported us this year - to the SWA Team: Dan & Caroline and to our newest member Maria who will be a fantastic asset to us with her enthusiasm and knowledge of painting & printmaking.
Another exciting line up for SWA Summer School 26 from our new venue and lots of printmaking learning throughout the year with big names such as Jenny Gunning and Andrew Baldwin already booked with many more to come!

What better way to celebrate 20 years in business than to start a new venture!!

We’re very excited to announce our collaboration with bringing to Sidmouth a fully equipped printmaking studio with presses in a beautiful studio in a beautiful setting on a very special street in Sidmouth!

We’re really looking forward to providing a wide range of print workshops all year round as well as studio hire and artist residency opportunities!
