The SBID Industry day 18th September 26 was an annual event I never miss. The talent on stage is always enlightening and uplifting, and this year moderated by Bilen Zeremariam (Editor in Chief Olse Magazine) was a seamless transition of expertise. The highly informative updates from Dr Vanessa Brady OBE ( it should be DAME) was presented in her distinctive dry humour whilst providing serious insight into the industry. We came away with inspiration and tasks to improve our business. The speakers were all chosen for their great knowledge and willingness to share. I particularly enjoyed catching up with yelena__ford (MD Cole & Son (Wallpapers) Ltd ), Alan Crawford (Crawford Partnership) and a number of designers who attended my Feng Shui Courses, Sandra Rothwell Interiors , Lucy Spencer , Meme Laurence to name but a few. If you get the opportunity to attend, don't turn it down.
