Some of London's most demanding interiors have all come out of one building.

Our factory in Sittingbourne has grown to 36,000 sq ft over 16 years of continuous trading, backed by more than £5 million of investment, with a further £1.5 million committed for 2026.

Behind those walls, we've delivered incredible projects such as The Peninsula London, Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, London, The Chancery Rosewood , and the O2 arena.

Sixteen years of growth, and the standard has never dropped. That's the Bulgaro way.

At Hans Place, precision doesn't stop at the apartment door.

51-52 Hans Place is a high-end residential project in Knightsbridge. Bulgaro was appointed to design, manufacture, deliver and install the joinery throughout the entire building, not just within the apartments.

That meant kitchens, wardrobes and fitted pieces inside every apartment, plus the joinery through the public areas, including reception.

Our team held the same standard across all of it: the same design process, the same factory, the same attention to finish, whether the room was private or shared.

Inside The Franklin, a boutique hotel built from four Victorian properties.

The Franklin in Knightsbridge was created by converting several adjacent Victorian properties into one hotel, under Anouska Hempel's design.

That history meant none of its 35 rooms shares the same proportions or layout.

We manufactured and installed the bespoke joinery throughout, including wardrobes and vanity units across every room.

With no repeating floorplan to work from, each piece had to be measured, designed and built to its own room rather than produced to a standard template.

That's what bespoke actually means at this scale.

One of Mayfair's most luxurious apartments...

This exceptional residence at the Mandarin Oriental Residences, Mayfair, demanded the very highest standards of design, manufacturing and installation.

Working to Studio Indigo 's exacting design, and within a programme that left no room for mistakes, every element had to be right first time, manufactured in our factory and installed by our team with the same precision, care and attention to detail.

From the first manufacturing drawing to the final installation, every detail mattered.

Today's apprentices are tomorrow's master craftspeople.

At Bulgaro, we're passionate about investing in the next generation and preserving the specialist skills that define our industry.

Every apprentice begins their journey on the factory floor, learning alongside some of the most experienced craftspeople in the business. From specialist joinery and veneering to upholstery, finishing and our Materials & Finishes Division, they gain hands-on experience across every department.

We believe true craftsmanship can't be learned from a textbook. It is developed through experience, mentorship and a genuine passion for the craft.

After more than 16 years, we're proud to see those values being passed from one generation to the next, ensuring the quality and attention to detail that Bulgaro has become known for continues long into the future.

The scale of what happens inside our Sittingbourne factory is something most clients only fully appreciate when they visit in person.

Six specialist departments, each handling a distinct discipline, all working in sequence to take a project from raw material through to finished installation.

Great projects are delivered by great teams, and the relationships built along the way are what make that possible.

The Peninsula Hotel and Residences is one of the most complex and high profile hospitality projects we have been part of.

Stuart Farrell, Project Director at Ellmers, worked alongside us throughout its three year programme, and his words reflect exactly the standard we hold ourselves to on every project, regardless of scale or complexity.

The partnerships formed on a project of that scale are ones that last well beyond the final handover.
