Just finished this external job. All masonry was scrapped of any flaking paint and stabilised then two coats of Johnstones stormshield.

All of the fascia and soffits was coated up in zinsser all coat exterior white.

It’s been a minute 🕰️

Before & After of a little exterior! 👨🏽‍🎨

Fascia’s & Soffits scraped back, two part filler applied, little tickle with some scratch and a bit of zinsser all coat 🪵

Masonry walls - scraped back took all the loose ends off, then used stabilising solution followed by masonry paint, filled with toupret exterior filler sponged off, spotted and a top coat applied!

Colour change to bring the clients home back to life, in the end it looked all white I suppose! 💥

Also cleaned out all the gutters for the client, cause we’re good like that 🙋🏽‍♂️

This en-suite was suffering with mould and some flaking paint. All caused by poor ventilation. The mould was washed down...

This en-suite was suffering with mould and some flaking paint. All caused by poor ventilation. The mould was washed down with some Zinsser Mould killer and remover and all the cracks and flacking paint was touched in first with some zinsser peel stop and then filled. Zinsser Perma white mixed into their colour of choice where two coats was applied. This should give the a good few years of mould free protection.
