Correct subfloor preparation is essential for achieving a smooth, durable and long-lasting flooring installation. 👌

These pictures show the preparation work carried out on a new-build care home bybour installers Reece and Macca, including the application of an epoxy DPM to suppress moisture from the new subfloor, followed by a smoothing compound to create a perfectly level surface ready for the final floor covering.

Black herringbone Karndean installed to this kitchen with with border and silver feature strip. This was an add on to our previously fitted hallway. We uplifted the door area, screeded into the kitchen and blend3d the 2 areas in making it look like it was always there.
