A complete transformation for these beautiful Parker Knoll wing chairs.

When the customer came to us, she had fallen in love with two different fabrics and simply couldn’t decide between them. Rather than choosing one over the other, we suggested incorporating both fabrics into the design to create something completely unique.

The rich velvet perfectly complements the vibrant patterned fabric, giving these classic Parker Knoll chairs a fresh, contemporary look while retaining all of their original character.

Sometimes the best solution isn’t choosing between two options — it’s finding a way to make both work together.

Needless to say, the customer was absolutely delighted with the finished result, and so were we. 😊

These antique side chairs had plenty of life left in them, they just needed a fresh new look.

The original upholstery had become tired and dated, but the beautiful shape and craftsmanship of the chairs deserved to be preserved.

The customer opted for two completely different fabrics to suit different spaces and styles. One chair was upholstered in a luxurious teal velvet, creating a bold and sophisticated statement piece, while the other was finished in a soft cream boucle for a lighter, contemporary feel.

It’s always interesting to see how the same chair can take on a completely different personality simply through fabric choice.

From tired and dated to completely transformed. ✨

This old tub chair had definitely seen better days. The original upholstery was worn and damaged, but the frame still had plenty of life left in it.

For this makeover, we combined two contrasting fabrics – a luxurious deep teal velvet paired with a striking floral and hummingbird designer fabric. The combination adds character and creates a completely unique piece that stands out while still looking elegant.

A great example of how reupholstery allows you to create something truly bespoke rather than settling for off-the-shelf furniture.

A true statement piece.

This elegant armchair and footstool set arrived with tired upholstery and was ready for a complete transformation.

The client selected a stunning designer fabric from Glasgow’s own Timorous Beasties, pairing its bold floral design with the classic curves of the frame to create something truly unique. The frame was refinished and the upholstery completely renewed, bringing this beautiful piece back to life.

Projects like this are a perfect example of how traditional craftsmanship and contemporary design can work together to create furniture that simply can’t be bought off the shelf.
