Flying ducks with contrast backs and piped cushion covers today.

They nearly were flying too 🙀 Felt like launching them because they were so thick and fiddly 😂 but they’re done now ha ha.

When working with so many different fabrics some want to play and go smoothly and some just don’t 😜

Herringbone dimout curtains and Velcro tie backs (great solution if you don’t want screws in the walls) all fitted by us today with lovely new tracks.

Going back to the 80,s ❤️ Does anyone remember this Moire watered silk fabric ?

This is what I’ve been doing this week, (it’s hard to work with) bespoke curtains with a frilled leading edge takes me far far back when I worked with this a lot and having to remember how to actually do them 🙀

But it’s like riding a bike 🤣 you never forget. (Well you do a bit but it comes back eventually 🤣)

Whatever the customer wants the customer gets because this is what makes us unique ❤️

Today we’ve been cutting out and preparing this lovely dim-out herringbone fabric ready to make curtains for our customers two windows in her bedroom so she can sleep better 💤

Her existing curtains are really thin and see through so they let all the light in even when closed.

Dim-out fabric is much softer than blackout fabric so hangs much nicer in my opinion, and is actually 98% blackout anyway so no light coming through that’s noticeable at all.

We will take down her existing pole and replace it with a lovely modern new track and hang her lovely new curtains.

Today we’ve fitted these gorgeous fully lined wave curtains and new wave tracks for our amazing customer in Whitburn who chose her fabric from our extensive range of fabrics.
She scared me for a minute 🙀 She said I don’t like them……. I Love them 😂❤️
