Zentangle session this afternoon was good, everyone created their own design using available stencils, rulers or free hand.
They are all different and filled with lots of mindful repeating patterns.

There will be another session in October.

This session is all about mindfulness at the end of the week. 2 hours of peace and socialising with drink and cake for only £12.
