Mel Makes. I love to decoupage! I decorate slate, jute bags, rope baskets and candles to create unique gifts. Bottles and Upcycling have overtaken my life!

I also enjoy Macrame and make plant hangers, pods and keychains! I have been upcycling since 2017 when I made my first bottle light. In addition, I also decoupage Tiki torches, jars, slates and candles using a range of flower, animal and bird designs. 2022 saw the addition of Jute bags. I decoupage each piece by hand in my work room at home in Hampshire. I also sew to order making bespoke and personalised pieces as requested.

I've not long finished sewing - making for my own family. I can't show you those items just yet, but I can show you the reusable gift bags I've made and also reusable party crowns. All very Eco friendly in our house this year!
