Today was an emotional one. I knew going back there would be hard, but being able to give something back in Corey’s name makes it all worth it.

100 care packages were handed over to the bereavement team and NICU. Each one included a toothbrush and paste, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, deodorant wipes, pads, lip balm, a comb, hair bands, pocket tissues, and compressed towel tablets.

We also donated tea bags, coffee and hot chocolate pods, sugar, milk, biscuits, crocheted hearts, and other beautiful items donated from craft fairs, for families to help themselves to.

Keeping Corey’s name alive is so important to me, and if we can bring even a small amount of comfort to families during their darkest moments, then Corey’s legacy continues in the most beautiful way 🤍
