'Allo Vicars Knickers mixed media acrylic with badges on canvas 26" x 26"

My first go at painting for what must be 7 or 8 years. I forgot how wonderfully consuming it is. I also forgot the highs and lows of infuriating pleasure and pain it brings. Anyway, really enjoyed doing this and hoping its the start of much more painting stuff this year.

Kenny Everett as his character Sid Snot. One of many he used to do on various shows on telly in the 80s. He did make us laugh.

Quiet day today, so took advantage of the sunshine and added some lovely Gold lettering to the shop window.

There's a couple of wrinkles, but then so have I.. and but these ones I can remove!

Doing proper artist stuff here today!
Stretching some Medium/Heavy cotton canvas over some stretchers.

All the supplies have been buried in the cupboard for a long time.. but getting the urge for some mixed media.. the urge I say! The urge!

Nice neat corners please! Of course! It's the only thing that's tucked up in this house!
