Decorating or Handyman time?

The “Handy” Man has availability December - February
Already 75% of the slots taken.

Please let me know……

Previous work….and simply check on my Facebook pictures and recommendations.

* Decorating - Bedrooms, The Whole Bungalow, windows, doors kitchens, Lounges, Dining rooms, Halls, Stairs, Landing, PrePrep and then paint and/or wallpapering
* Repairing - Kitchen, cupboards, kickboards, vents, sink sealant, Taps dripping and/or loose
* Bathroom - ReSealant around the bath, replace skirting, replace Shower head, tiling, grouting
* Garden - New Trellis, New Fencing, New Gates and repair Gates and posts, Railway sleepers for borders, New Felt on Sheds
* Curtain poles put on, numerous Flat Pack furnitures, Carpet Cleaning.
* Pressure Wash driveway and patio. Weedkillers, Re-Sanding, Sealer.

And more general maintenance ……

Pretty much anything is possible.

🪏🪛Exterior Painting!!!!!👍

Handyman as 4th job done and 100% successful

Repaint the Bin Shed

* Remove Ironmongery
* Orbital sanding 80 grit, then 200 grit and finish 400 grit, The door, frame and porch timber
* Clean and paint with 3 coats
* Fit all new ironmongery
* Done and dusted ….. BOOM

The client Loved it !!!!👍

🪏🪛More Decking !!!!!👍

Regular Gardening client I turn up and he said “I have ordered some decking, you fancy sorting out around the Pond?”

* Weeding to get rid
* New Fabric
* More Gravels
* Remove rotten timber
* Joists were good but use new joists and bolts
* Use new Decking and cut it and fit it

3 hours later all done ✅

Loved it and so did the client!!!👍

✅🏠NEW JOISTS…Initially fix the decking area to be replace joists….join any old joists to new ones to secure

Various Concrete ready for Decking
- Postcrete to fix posts to level the joists
- Rapid concrete to hold the joists
- High Strength concrete to add in various areas to dry and cured 7-10 days
- concrete, structure posts.

🪛NEW DECKING AREA
* New 144mm width decking boards to allow 1500mm length boards to complete the 1500mm x 2600mm decking to blend into existing decking 🪛

🪜NEW LOG STORE FITTED
* Install a bespoke pressure treated log store, solid & secure and sheltered from the elements. 1780mm x 650mm as a pent roof with felt🪜

👍Great job and next time discussed more gardening and Cabin to assist.✅

🪜Ready to tidy up the bungalow before families arrive at the Christmas break.

🏠The client wanted the base rendering to tidy up, remove weeds and then paint around the whole bungalow.

👍Repair and paint with the iron Bench, 3 coats

⏲️New transition strip in the kitchen

🪛2 radiators to sand and then 3 coats.
