Important update regarding our email!
We apologise for any inconvenience caused regarding our emails at the moment.
We arrived into work yesterday morning, to find that we couldn’t reply to any emails!🙃
It looks as though we can receive but we’re unable to reply and as a business who operates via email, who aren’t tech wizards, it put us is a rather stressy position yesterday.
We’re still trying to resolve the issue but for now, have made a temporary email address so that we can reply to all emails and send out estimates and invoices to our customers (for anyone still awaiting estimates/invoices, please do bare with us)
Just as confirmation on this temporary email address, as we’d hate for anyone to think this is a scam, emails will be sent via [email protected] for the time being, until we’re able to resolve the issue on our usual address.
If you wish, please feel free to continue to email us on our usual address, as we are able to receive emails, but please be advised any responses will be via our temporary email noted above.
Our landline is operating as normal plus our showroom is open, if anyone would prefer to call us or pop in store, please feel free to do so.
Thank you so much for your patience and understanding, we’ll keep you all updated as best as we can when we’re back up and running properly.
