Guilty!! 🙋🏼‍♀️

Cheese debauchery aside I’ve just popped on to show off some new glossy clay decorations, I’ve been trying (and failing) to photograph them properly for weeks and as festive orders have been keeping me ticking along nicely it’s been getting nudged further and further down on the to do list!

Same as every year I’ve gone from, ‘it’s too early to talk Christmas’ to ‘oh baubles, I think it’s too late for Christmas’ in the blink of an eye! 💜

Waaaaah!! Rewind to this time last week please!!

Our lovely friends pulled a blinder and the wedding was A.M.A.Z.I.N.G…while I’m reminiscing, it’s joggled my little brain into wedding mode and I thought I’d share my clay place settings with you as a Friday treat! I’ve finished these in gold as it’s a timeless wedding classic…although personally I’d go bold and bright (obvs)

Oooof! I’m giddy excited! Not only have we been blessed with a good solid fortnight of glorious sun rays (my favourite thing) but tomorrow we’ve got a beautiful festival wedding to attend (another two of my favourite things) So I’m thinking all things love and music…isn’t life just wonderful sometimes 💜

Well, I sloped off for a delicious dollop of Greek hospitality and came back to a flurry of Christmas orders!! I was baffled…until I wasn’t…it’s the fluffing freezing weather isn’t it?!!

Doris and I had a little moment last week…cooking dinner together, listening to music together, pretending to be Kate Bush together. I’m not going to lie, it was a parenting high for me! THEN I realised I’ve not got and Kate lyrics stamped out yet so got to work sharpish…

We were actually wailing to Wuthering Heights but I thought Cathy and Heathcliff might be too niche (or not? I’m now questioning)

But here you go! Lovely positive vibes for a Friday afternoon…to counteract the rage I can feel bubbling up after a short sharp rain burst has just soaked my dry washing for the second day in a row! FFS! 💜

Inspired by two of my bestest, loveliest, smiliest most beautiful childhood friends, one of whom is celebrating their 21st (🤣) birthday today and the other who I had the absolute pleasure of sharing a disgraceful, ‘we shouldn’t be doing that at our age’ night out with just last weekend (the following two days were far from a pleasure I assure you)

Those films from your youth, shared with your best mates when your brains were fresh sponges ready to absorb the world will live with you forever!

I’m at that stage in life where I can’t always remember my kids names or what I walked into a room for but I CAN still quote every line from Wayne’s World 🤣

I know we’re all skint, we are still gifting though aren’t we? And buying from a small business means you get that personal touch often for a pretty decent price! This film quote sign I sent out recently from one bestie to another is a perfect example!
