This one is a real celebration of creativity… from classes to finished pieces 💙✨

Sue is wearing her stunning quilted jacket — her own design, made on our Quilted Jacket course. And just look at it… all those beautiful patchwork details stitched together into something truly one of a kind ✂️

Underneath, she’s layered a Tabitha T-shirt from Tilly and the Buttons Make It Simple, paired with Safiya dungarees — all made using Escape and Create fabrics, past and present 🧵

First up, a beautiful dress made using New Look 6750 — floaty, feminine, and perfect for a sunny day like this 💕

And then we have the Chelsea Blouse by Maison Fauve paired with Ginger Jeans by Closet Core… a combination that feels effortlessly put together. The print, the fit, the denim… it all just works 🧵

It’s always a bit special seeing fabrics from the shop transformed like this… soft, wearable, and completely unique to the person who made it. That’s the quiet magic of sewing ✨

Join us to make this fabulous tote bag from Noodlehead patterns.

It features an easy-access front pocket, reinforced base, crossbody strap, and a roomy interior with a slip pocket. Customize yours by quilting!

Our sample has been made in quilted fabric but you can use standard fabrics with or without a quilted effect. You can make the regular or overnight version on the course.

The pattern is included in the price of the workshop, but the materials are not. You will need to have cut out your fabric pieces prior to the first session so you will need to pop into the shop to pick up your pattern once we have confirmed that there are sufficient numbers to go ahead with the course.

If you want to have a quilted effect using standard fabrics and wadding; you will need to have done the quilting prior to the first class. Ask us for help if you are unsure.

There will also be some simple homework between the classes.

Dates: Wednesday 10th and 17th September

Time: 10.00am - 1.00pm.
