A huge well done to one of our team members today. 👏🏼
While door-to-door in Redcar, they noticed the smell of smoke and heard a smoke alarm going off at a property. They immediately called the fire brigade, who arrived and confirmed they had been called at a crucial time.
They said around 20 minutes later could have made the difference between containing the fire and the whole house catching alight.
A brilliant example of trusting your instincts and taking action when it matters. We’re incredibly proud of our team. ❤️
