🎃🍂 An afternoon of creativity at The Story, Durham! 🎨✨

Yesterday we had the pleasure of bringing Palette & Pop to the beautiful surroundings of The Story in Durham for our final ceramic pumpkin painting workshop of the season.

What a lovely group of people! 💕

One of my favourite things about these workshops is seeing how everyone takes the same blank ceramic pumpkin and transforms it into something completely their own.

And yesterday certainly didn’t disappoint!

From delicate autumnal florals, woodland-inspired designs and pretty botanical patterns to bold colours, playful polka dots, beautiful blue-and-white illustrations and even a little Snoopy! 🧡

Every single pumpkin was different, and I absolutely loved seeing everyone’s personalities and creativity shine through.

There was plenty of chatting, laughter, sharing ideas and encouragement around the tables. Such a lovely mix of people, all coming together to enjoy a relaxing afternoon doing something creative.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and made the afternoon so enjoyable. I hope your beautiful pumpkins have found the perfect spot in your homes! 🏡🍁

And thank you to The Story, Durham, for welcoming Palette & Pop into such a wonderful venue.

That’s a wrap on our ceramic pumpkins for 2026! 🎃

Which design is your favourite? I’d love to know! 👇

💀🌸 Day of the Dead | Sip & Paint 🎨

A little colour, a little creativity and a touch of spooky magic! ✨

Last night we were back at Teesside University Students’ Union for our Day of the Dead Sip & Paint.

It was a small, intimate group, but what a lovely evening of creativity! Everyone brought their own personality to their paintings, experimenting with unique designs, bold colours and some gorgeous colour combinations. I absolutely loved seeing how differently everyone interpreted the same theme!

The Love It Bar looked fabulous too, decorated with spooky spiders and colourful sugar skulls, creating such a warm, welcoming and wonderfully atmospheric space. 🕷️🌺

A big thank you to everyone who joined us and embraced their creativity. It’s always a pleasure watching your ideas come to life, one brushstroke at a time. ❤️

🎃✨ Same pumpkin, a hundred different personalities! 🍂🎨

And THIS is why I absolutely love what I do! 💕

From pretty pastels and delicate florals to bold leopard prints, spooky ghosts and celestial skies, the creativity at last night’s Ceramic Pumpkin Painting at Acklam Hall was incredible!

Not one pumpkin the same, and every single one a little reflection of the person who painted it. 🧡

An evening of chatting, laughter, Prosecco, delicious afternoon tea and getting completely lost in a little creativity.

No experience needed, no pressure to be perfect, just the freedom to try something new and create something that’s entirely your own.

Thank you to all the lovely ladies who joined us! I hope your pumpkins have found pride of place at home. 🥰

And a big thank you to Acklam Hall for hosting us in such a beautiful setting.

Which pumpkin is YOUR favourite? 👀🎃 Tell me in the comments!
