I haven’t done any experimental work for a while and it seems ironic that I should start again now with the national glass centre due for closing in months time. Maybe I’m getting back into the right mindset for new ideas or maybe inspiration from looking into my MA notes and allowing myself time to do some more research. I found work by Dutch artist Karen Lise Krabbe inspiring and have experimented with some of her techniques although I am going to adapt some firing procedures to see what happens. Wish me luck
