🌺 A LIBERTY HAND-EMBROIDERED QUILT 🌺

After months of work, lots of stitching and more hours than I care to count, I’ve finally completed my version of Alice Caroline’s Liberty “Country Diary” Quilt. 🧵❤️

✨ 15 hand-embroidered blocks
✨ 15 individually pieced blocks
✨ Beautiful Liberty fabrics throughout
✨ Fully backed, bound and quilted
✨ Finished with a personalised quilt label

I absolutely loved the whole process of making this one, and it’s so satisfying to finally see all those individual pieces come together. 🥰

As always, I love putting my own little twist on an original pattern, so although it’s inspired by the original design, this quilt is definitely a one-off. 🌸

Now I just need to decide whether I can actually part with it! 😂💕

🐈‍⬛✨ A Special Memory Cat ✨❤️

This time I was asked to create something a little different from my usual memory bears… a beautiful Memory Cat for a family who were devoted cat lovers. 🥹💕

I carefully pattern-matched the stripes from a treasured jacket to create the cat, then used the navy satin lining to add contrast and bring out its character. Finished with a smart bow tie and a little bell, it became a truly unique keepsake. 🎀🔔

🩷🐰 A Beautiful Baby Keepsake
Quilt & Matching Bunny 🐰🩷

I just loved making this beautiful keepsake set for a very special family friend who was expecting their gorgeous baby girl. 💕

The quilt was made in my signature frayed style using pretty floral fabrics, soft pinks and sweet machine embroidered ballerina teddy bears. 🧸🩰

To make it even more special, once beautiful Willow arrived I personalised the quilt with her name and birth date, creating a keepsake that can be treasured for years to come. The matching bunny was made in coordinating fabrics to complete the set. 🌸

There’s something so special about creating handmade gifts that are completely unique and filled with love. Knowing they’ll become treasured memories for a family makes every stitch worthwhile. ❤️

🐻 A SPECIAL MEMORY BEAR 🐻

This beautiful bear was commissioned using items from a lovely ladys clothing collection ❤️

It was created as a keepsake for one of her Granddaughters, in loving memory of her much-loved Grandma 💕

The hand-knitted jumper was lovingly made by Grandma herself, and the jacket held such special memories as she wore it to attend her Granddaughter’s wedding 💒✨

I was so touched when she loved it so much that she asked me to create another one too 🙏❤️

🐻 “MEMORY BEAR” 🐻

I was given two very special pieces of clothing and asked if I could create a Memory Bear in loving memory of a very special lady by her daughter ❤️

This beautiful bear was made as a gift for one of her much-loved granddaughters 💕
The lady had hand knitted the jumper herself, so it already carried so much love and meaning within it 🧶✨

The chiffon blouse was the perfect match, so I created a pretty little embellished dress to complete her 🥰

It’s always such an honour to be trusted with treasured items like these, and knowing how deeply loved she was by her family made creating this keepsake even more special 💖

☀️ A CHAIR POUCH 😎

Finally a hot sunny day to try out my Little Chair Pouch 😍
I wanted somewhere to keep my phone and bits out of the hot sun ☀️ but still within easy reach while relaxing in the garden 🌿… so I came up with this 💡

And it works perfectly with the wide hooks for wicker chairs 👍✨
