"We recently purchased our second fire from OER. They are a family business and offer an excellent service from the minute you enter the showroom.

We were given excellent advice from Shannon, as we were having our log burner replaced with an electric one and needed to make sure we chose the most suitable for our home.

Ash and Lewis arrived on the day and time agreed. They both did a fantastic job fitting our new fire. They were so clean and tidy,which was very much appreciated. They were friendly and professional.

We needed the new flue altered slight, to fit the area we above the fire. Nothing is too much, and they make sure you are another happy customer
