It’s not always about flowers… ❤️

Although we were closed on Monday, Rhiann was at the shop delivering funeral and wedding flowers when an elderly gentleman broke down outside.

He was quite flustered, so she helped him out and, when he managed to get the car going, offered to follow him home to make sure he got there safely. After breaking down a few more times, he eventually disappeared off up the road and Rhiann couldn't find him, so she'd been wondering whether he'd made it home OK!

Today, he popped into the shop with his brother to let her know he'd got home safely and to thank her — bringing a lovely card and some chocolates too. ❤️

Being a local florist isn't always about flowers. Sometimes it's simply about looking out for the people in our community. 💐
