This evening was the day i harvested my South African Spinach i grew from a seed 🇿🇦🤗

I removed the large spinach leaves, washed them, then boiled them briefly, squeezed all the liquid out, i then cut it up finely. Made a white sauce, fried some onion & the spinach. Then mixed in the white sauce.

End result = Creamed spinach 🍃🍃
