This is just a GENERAL GUIDE!!!
Before all the trolls come out of the crochet woodwork im just sharing what I find to be the best crochet hook size for me when making amigurumi with these types of yarn
It will of course depend on your tension 😊
But as a general rule of thumb if youre really stumped take the hook size on the yarn label and go down a hook size 👍🏻
If youre finding your crochet tension is too tight then go up a size
If youre finding your tension is still too loose go down another size
As a beginner crocheter or if youre branching out into amigurumi for the first time it can be tricky to get right but once youve found your magic formula you'll be well away
