CUSTOMER NOTICE

Our showroom will be closed again today due to having no heating or hot water at our own personal property. We are currently awaiting an engineer to resolve this ongoing issue.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and expect to reopen tomorrow.

Thankfully, we have a multi-fuel stove installed, so at least we have one cosy room to keep warm. This is the first time we’ve experienced an issue like this, and on a personal note, they are a very good investment if you’re considering having one installed. It has certainly brought the family together in one room to stay warm and cosy.

Our customer wanted something different from the usual black, so we customised the stove door and made it red just for them – a unique touch that really makes this installation stand out! ❤️

🌧️ Weather Update 🌧️

Between the snow at the start of the year, which delayed our opening by a week, and the nonstop rain this month, the weather hasn’t been on our side. Unfortunately, this has made it impossible to open roofs safely, and we’ve had to reschedule some jobs.

We would like to sincerely thank all our new and returning customers for their patience, understanding, and for supporting our business during these delays. Your support means the world to us! 🙏

Hopefully, we’re due some better days! 🙂 We’re working hard to get back on track and complete your projects as soon as conditions allow.
