After having a brand-new kitchen fitted, a new customer got in touch with us to ensure all areas were properly prepared and ready for painting.

We carried out full preparation throughout the kitchen, including all walls and woodwork, ensuring every surface was ready for a high-quality finish.

The end results speak for themselves, and once again, we have another happy customer! 🎨✨

🏡 Another Happy Customer - Bedroom & Bathroom Transformation! ✨

We were contacted by a family friend who had recently moved into their new home and wanted to give their bedroom and bathroom a fresh new lease of life. We were more than happy to help them transform these spaces into something they could really enjoy! 🎨

🔨 Preparation is key to a quality finish!

We started by carrying out the necessary repairs to settlement cracks and thoroughly preparing the woodwork, walls and ceilings to ensure everything was smooth and ready for decorating.

🎨 A fresh new look with a durable finish!

Once the preparation was complete, we got to work bringing their chosen colours to life.

✅ Bedroom: The walls and ceiling received two coats of durable matt emulsion in the customer’s chosen colours for a fresh, flawless finish.

✅ Bathroom: The walls and ceiling received two to three coats of acrylic eggshell, providing a durable finish with added protection against moisture and steam.

✅ Woodwork: All woodwork was finished with Aqua Guard satin for a smooth, hard-wearing and professional result.

✨ The end result? Two beautifully refreshed spaces, finished with care and attention to detail, ready for the customers to enjoy in their new home!

Our customers were absolutely delighted with the finished work and have already booked us in for further projects. 😊👍🏼

A huge thank you for trusting us with your home. Recommendations and repeat business mean so much to us!

🏡 Another Happy Customer! ✨

We were contacted by a new customer who had recently tackled the top room of their loft conversion themselves but decided that the hall, stairs and landing were a little too much to take on! They got in touch with us, and we were more than happy to provide a quotation for the work they wanted completed and get them booked in as soon as possible.

🔨 Preparation is key to a flawless finish!

We started by stripping back the remaining areas where the previous work had stopped and carefully blending the plasterwork to create smooth, seamless surfaces ready for decorating.

All woodwork was thoroughly prepared before applying a coat of Zinsser primer to ensure it was properly sealed and ready for painting.

🎨 A crisp, clean white finish!

The customer wanted a fresh, all-white finish, allowing them to add their own personality through pictures, accessories and decorative touches.

To achieve the best possible results, we:
✅ Applied a mist coat to the walls and ceilings.
✅ Completed all fine filling and preparation to ensure the surfaces were perfect.
✅ Applied three coats of durable brilliant white matt emulsion for a beautiful, hard-wearing finish.
✅ Applied a further undercoat to the woodwork, followed by two coats of Aqua Guard satin for a smooth, durable and professional finish.

✨ The end result? A beautifully finished hall, stairs and landing, with every detail carefully considered and completed to the highest standard.

Our customers were absolutely over the moon with the finished result and have already booked us in for further work!

A huge thank you to our customers for choosing T&O. Your recommendations and continued trust in our work mean everything to us! ❤️

🌐 Something a little bit exciting is happening behind the scenes…

We’re currently in the process of building our very first website for T&O Painting & Decorating! 🏠🎨

It might not sound like a huge milestone to some, but for us, it feels like a really proud moment.

Over the last 16 years, T&O has grown so much. From starting out as two mates with a passion for the trade, to becoming a well-established local business, we’ve had the opportunity to work on some amazing projects and, most importantly, meet some fantastic customers along the way.

We’re incredibly proud to be Stourbridge-based and to have built the business through hard work, recommendations and repeat customers. So much of what we do has come from people trusting us with their homes, businesses and projects and that means a lot.

Now, as the business continues to grow, we felt it was time to have a proper home online too. ❤️

Our new website will give you somewhere to find out a little more about Tom & Owen, the work we do, some of our recent projects and how you can get in touch with us.

It’s still very much a work in progress, but we’re excited to see it all come together!

Another lovely project completed for a new customer 😊🎨

We were contacted to paint their newly completed loft conversion, including the new bedroom, en-suite and hall, stairs & landing.

Although everything was newly plastered, there were a few marks, dents and nicks from other trades, so we made sure everything was fully prepared and sanded before getting started.

We also helped the customer choose the right finishes to achieve the look they wanted, and once everything was ready, we got stuck in!

Walls, ceilings and woodwork all received plenty of care and attention, and the finished result really brought the spaces together.

The customers were absolutely over the moon with the end result, and even happier knowing we came in considerably cheaper than some of the other quotes they received! 😁

Happy customers, happy results! 😊👍🏼
