This house had multiple different floor coverings down which were all at different levels. The customer wanted a clean look with no change in levels meaning preparation was key!
A mixture of plywood and screed were used to bring levels up and then a finish coat of screed to achieve a seamless smooth finish to really make this karndean plank look šŸ”„
