Yesterday was my birthday, and I got to spend the day with a lovely Neat Life client.

If you’d told me a year ago that I’d be more excited about helping someone transform their home than eating birthday cake, I probably wouldn’t have believed you!

But here we are.

I’m so grateful that I’m slowly building something that doesn’t just provide an income, but brings me genuine joy. Every client who trusts me with their home is helping me build a business I’m incredibly proud of, and one that I hope will give me the freedom to be present for my family, both financially and by having the flexibility that comes with being my own boss.

It’s still early days, and there’s a long way to go, but I’m taking a moment to appreciate how far I’ve already come.

There’s something so special about returning to a place that holds so many childhood memories 🤍

I’m camping in Pentewan this week, somewhere I came every year as a child, and now I get to watch my own children experience the same freedom, adventure and joy that camping gave me growing up.

This view from our tent pitch has brought me so much peace. Watching the sea, slowing down, and just being present is exactly what I’ve been craving this past month.

For all the mums who have recently returned from maternity leave, who have cried in the car park, worried all day, felt torn between work and home, or returned to workplaces where the motherhood tax is very real… I see you. 🥺

“A truly game changing experience”. Honestly gives me all the feels 🫶

There’s nothing better than helping families reclaim their space and fall back in love with their home. It was a pleasure transforming this kitchen and utility room, and I can’t wait to return soon to tackle their little girl’s bedroom and playroom in a couple of weeks!
