Here’s a little behind the scenes look at how we help take your flooring project from start to finish 🏡
1️⃣ Your journey starts in store
We complete a measure sheet with your details and any products you’ve spotted in store, helping us provide a fast quotation once you’ve made your selection.
2️⃣ Home measuring appointment
Martin visits your property to measure all required areas and keeps your measurements on file for up to a year, perfect if you’re not quite ready to go ahead just yet.
3️⃣ Expert advice along the way
During the visit, Martin checks subfloors and highlights any tricky areas fitters may come across. He’ll also talk you through furniture removal, uplift & disposal, underlay options and answer any fitting questions you may have.
4️⃣ Samples brought to you
We can even bring samples out to your home in a range of sizes, helping you choose the perfect flooring to complement your space and furnishings.
5️⃣ Fast quotations
Once measured, we aim to provide quotations within 24–48 hours. With your measurements stored, we can also re-quote on different products to help find the right option for your style and budget.
