🧡💙 A very special Aldi cake! 💙🧡

This one was a little different to my usual celebration cakes! 🎂✨

I was asked by one of the lovely girls at Aldi to create this colourful cake in celebration of the opening of their brand-new shop! 🛒🎉

I went all out with Aldi’s signature colours, loads of buttercream piping, sprinkles and, of course, the Aldi logo taking centre stage. 🧡💙❤️

Congratulations on the new shop, Aldi! 🎉🛒

Thank you so much for choosing Bear & Cub Cakes for such a special occasion. 🐻🧸❤️

What does a baker do when they have a little spare time?… BAKE! 🤎🍫

And not just any brownies… these are seriously indulgent! 😍

Rich, fudgy chocolate brownies absolutely loaded with chunks of shortbread biscuit. rolos and gooey caramel… because sometimes more is definitely more! 🤤

Just look at those layers! 👀🍫✨

These might accidentally become a new favourite around here… ❤️

𝑾𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒘𝒊𝒍𝒍 𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒕𝒍𝒆 𝒉𝒖𝒏𝒏𝒚 𝒃𝒆𝒆? 🐝🍯💛

I think I’ve found my new favourite cake! 🥹✨

This gorgeous Winnie the Pooh-inspired heart cake was an absolute joy to make, filled with all the sweetest little details — honeycomb, buzzing bees and of course, the cutest little Pooh Bear centrepiece. 🐻🍯

I absolutely LOVE how this one came together. The soft cream buttercream, pops of honey yellow and little touches of green make it feel so sweet and whimsical. 🌿🐝

And that little message… “What will our little Hunny Bee ?” 🥹💛 Perfect for a beautiful baby shower or gender reveal.

Honestly, I think this one might have stolen my heart! 💛

Step into an enchanted woodland with this magical cake! 🌿🍄✨

Delicious chocolate sponges layered with rich chocolate buttercream, finished with textured chocolate buttercream bark to create the look of an old woodland tree. 🌳🤎

The top is covered in edible moss, with mushrooms popping up amongst the greenery, little woodland creatures hiding amongst the forest floor and those gorgeous oversized toadstools bringing the whole enchanted scene to life. 🐭🍄🌿

I absolutely loved creating this one — there’s something so magical about turning a cake into a little edible woodland! ✨
