Today, I’m sharing some very mixed emotions as I announce the end of my journey as a florist.(not ready for retirement just yet)
For the last 33 years, flowers have been such a huge part of my life. I’ve had the privilege of creating bouquets, arrangements and special flowers for so many of life’s most important moments — birthdays, weddings, celebrations, anniversaries, and sadly, times of loss too.
I’ve met so many wonderful people along the way, made friendships I will treasure, and created memories that will stay with me forever. I’ve been incredibly lucky to have had a career doing something I truly loved.
To every customer who has supported me over the years, recommended me, trusted me with your special occasions, or simply walked through my door for a bunch of flowers — thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your support has meant more to me than you will ever know.
It’s not easy saying goodbye to something that has been such a big part of my life for 33 years. But sometimes, it’s time to close one chapter and look forward to whatever comes next.
So, with a very full heart, I’m hanging up my scissors. ✂️❤️but not ready for retirement just yet,
Thank you for 33 incredible years. What a journey it has been. 🌸
