Have you ever seen a more awesome baby toy?

It’s a Stellated Dodecahedron and Moyra knitted it with the Celestine pattern (available free from Ravelry) and one of the Crazy Zauberballs (Malerwinkel) and popped a baby-safe rattle ball inside!

She actually managed to make 3 from one ball of CZ!

I love it so much and I’m itching to cast one on but just have too many other things on my to-make-list!

So instead, I just re-stocked loads more Crazy Zauberballs so YOU can make one (or 3) instead!! ☺️

IKEA was giving off distinct Christmassy vibes this evening but I’m still revelling in the scrumptiousness of Autumn - it’s definitely my favourite crafting season!

My new rustic oak leaf crochet wreath kits are now available online and include patterns and yarn for pumpkins too…
.and the mini pumpkin garland and Autumnal crochet pencil case kits are back in stock 😊

But WOW!! Look at Susan’s gorgeous crochet jumper made with the incredibly soft pure cotton DK from !

I’m so EXCITED!!

You all know how much I love reading - well I really LOVE the novels by Sally Page and we read The Book of Beginnings for Locket’s Book & Craft Club last Christmas

So when I spotted that Sally was coming to meet up this week for 📚 Part of by I immediately begged to be allowed to go along too and then….

I got in touch with Sally to see if she would have time to pop and see us at Locket Land

…….and then I arranged a special Knit Group for this Thursday morning from 10am!!

Which is especially good as the shop will be closed this weekend as I am away for a knitting weekend in Northumberland ☺️

Sally will have copies of her new book A Curious Ending and it will be fabulous to chat with her about her stories!

I hope you can come - apologies for the short notice but I only realised on Sunday that she was going to be up here!

We had a great morning learning Mosaic Crochet with Jacqui Ann and there were such lovely colour combos appearing (although I didn’t manage to photograph everyone’s work)

I love learning new things!!

I’m delighted to announce that I now stock Sandnes Garn Peer Gynt pure wool DK - and it is LOVELY!

I have 23 different shades so far with more planned when they come back in stock!

What would you knit with it? I have plans - so many plans!!!
