Originally specialising in hard wood flooring and kitchens i have grown to love the outdoor life building and designing lodges decks drive way gates and anything that offers a challenge , i like to put my stamp on any job that comes along in making everything myself , its a very satisfying feeling building carving and making something out of big chunks of wood.on this page i will be posting videos and photos on a regular basis .

Before & After . A full garden with two garden rooms and a very large deck. A fire pit area in the design for relaxing outdoors. Around 120 meters of fencing and sleeper boarders with plum slate . The colours Trex Transcend Island Mist and Tiki Torch field and boarder. And I won an award 🥇 I couldn’t ask a better way to shut the doors and open a new one.

Just so there is no confusion I have closed I’m just getting this build to the finish line and that will be Friday and I will have my first weekend off for a very long time. I started a job in January and the first time I have been employed for twenty years I wasn’t really sure how I would settle in but it’s a really nice place to work and it’s a nice change to work with people again. Everyone is very friendly and you get a lot of satisfaction from the work. A senior position came up and I applied it was a funny interview a bit like X factor 3 people and yes I had a Simon Cowell on the panel. I got the job and before the end of the year I will be putting together a construction side to the organisation it’s a national company but we cover Carmarthenshire . It’s my intention to work the decks into this there are still a couple of designs I haven’t built only this time I will be organising. We have a technical department and the guy who runs it is already a good friend I won’t have to do the plans and drawings and more literally just manage but no doubt I will jump in on the detail work. I’m keeping my social media going as I’m sure you’re going to find my new career interesting. There’s a couple of vacancies coming up and I will advertise on my page if you’re interested.

Looking back on my deck building years ago. Having the privilege to build and design in some stunning locations and the opportunity to put my logo into this project on the coast . Good memories indeed
