Red roses are always so difficult to capture in a photograph 🌹

Their deep, rich tones are beautiful, but they also leave very little room for error when it comes to preservation. Even the tiniest air bubbles can be more noticeable against those darker petals, making red roses particularly challenging to work with.

Flower preservation is a handmade process, and it’s important to remember that it will never be 100% perfect. Every flower is different, and natural imperfections are part of preserving something that was once living ❤️

Being self-employed means sometimes missing the football games I’d love to be at, so moments like this really mean the world to me.

A lot of memorial orders have gone home this week, and it’s got me thinking about just how much it means to me to be trusted with something so personal 🤍

Every piece represents someone deeply loved, and I never forget the reason why I’m making it.

I think I’ll always feel a little emotional when these pieces leave my studio. I know how much they mean to the people receiving them, and that’s something I’ll never ever take for granted 🫶
