KSC CARPETS – SWANSEA & GORSEINON
We would like to update our customers about the current situation affecting flooring supplies and deliveries.
Following the closure of the UK’s largest flooring supplier on 7th October 2026, the flooring industry is experiencing significant pressure on stock availability and delivery times.
Products that would normally arrive the next day may now take 7–10 days, and some flooring products are becoming increasingly difficult to source.
Thankfully, KSC Carpets has a large warehouse at Garngoch Industrial Estate, allowing us to hold substantial stocks of carpets, vinyl and other flooring products. This means we can often supply flooring from stock for urgent installations.
We can also reserve and safely store flooring purchased by our customers until it is needed.
🎄 PLANNING TO HAVE FLOORING FITTED BEFORE CHRISTMAS?
Christmas is one of the busiest times of year, and current supply pressures may lead to further delays.
If you are hoping to have new flooring fitted before Christmas, please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
At KSC Carpets, we continue to offer:
✅ FREE, no-obligation measuring and quotations
✅ FREE home or workplace visits with flooring samples
✅ Extensive flooring showroom
✅ Large stocks of carpets, vinyl and other flooring
✅ Experienced professional fitting teams
✅ Safe storage for flooring purchased in advance
We understand how frustrating delays can be, and we are working hard to maintain the high standard of service our customers expect.
We kindly ask for your patience, understanding and as much advance notice as possible.
❤️ Please shop local and support independent businesses.
Thank you for your continued loyalty and support.
