Drove down West wales in the rain today today to buy a couple of Midcentury pieces off one of my lovely followers who’s moving home .
One of the pieces was this beautiful Midcentury
Danish book cabinet and writing desk combo
By Johannes Sorth owner of Bornholm Møbelfabrik
I love the tambour section in the middle which covers some neat little drawers and pigeon holes and has a pull out section that could be used as a desk !
The Measurements are
100 cm long
43 cm deep
182cm tall

It has a few marks but what a rare piece
There’s a mint condition one on eBay currently and they are asking £2000 …
Someone In Cardiff sold one for £750 recently
Given its condition I’m asking just £375

I went see wonderful Hermione Wild perform yesterday in the very quirky heritage centre in Pontadawe , it was a lovely afternoon of folk music and I was fascinated by the huge Edwardian rose stained glass window they have on display there that was saved from a local church that was demolished, I had to take a photo to show you guys as I know you will appreciate 🤩
