Following on from the previous raffle £111 has now been transferred over to Julie Garbett on behalf of Sophie Garbett.

Our winner Angela Udale has kindly asked that the hamper can be re raffled to raise more funds for Sophies treatment. What a kind, thoughtful and selfless thing to do.

So the raffle is back let's see what we can do. If you dont want to have a go on the raffle donations are welcome or even to just share the raffle with friends or family it would be massively appreciated. This is a young girl going through what no 22 year old should. I appreciate each and everyone of you ❤️ ♥️

This is the story of the brave young lady we’re fundraising for:

🩷🩵 Meet Sophie Garbett 🩵🩷

Sophie is just 22 years old and a university student training to become a teacher. Earlier this year, she was sadly diagnosed with stage 2 Triple Negative Breast Cancer – a rare and aggressive form of the illness. Despite going through 19 operations (alot of which the family have had to contribute towards the costs, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and more, Sophie has shown incredible courage.

In June she was given the all clear, but just weeks later the cancer sadly returned. Sophie’s treatments are being partly supported through a small private charity, as well as her family who have already raised thousands to cover costs.

Her mum, Julie (known as Julie the Childminder (who has minded my neice and nephew for years), and her dad Darren, have lived in Glascote Heath for over 50 years, and their family has always been at the heart of the community. They have been so thankful for all the kindness, support, and generosity shown so far.

By entering this raffle, you’ll not only be in with a chance of winning the hamper basket but you’ll also be helping Sophie and her family during this incredibly difficult time. So please let’s try and help. Thank you
