A little belated birthday fun for Finley ❤️

Friday was a belated birthday day for Finley with his sister, so I decided to take the whole weekend off and make the most of having everyone together.

It was so lovely having both Findels & Boo together for the weekend 🥰 and, of course, my wonderful son-in-law too!

Sometimes you just need to switch off from work, enjoy the people you love and make some memories. Safe to say there were plenty of laughs, and this photo pretty much sums up the weekend ❤️

Back to reality now… but with a very full heart! 🥰

A bit of a rough-and-ready prep morning at Findels & Boo — made slightly more interesting by trying to do everything with a very sore finger! 🙈

It’s definitely not polished, it’s definitely not perfect, but I thought it was about time I started showing a little more of the real behind-the-scenes of running Findels & Boo.

So here’s me, sore finger and all, getting prepped and ready for the Tavistock Pannier Market. 🕯️✨

Well… Friday didn’t quite go to plan 🤦🏼‍♀️

Turns out shutting your thumb in a car door — and actually having to open the door again to get it out — is every bit as painful as it sounds. 😭

One trip to Tavistock Hospital later and thankfully nothing is broken, but I’ve been left with one very swollen, very sore and currently pretty useless thumb!

Not ideal when your job involves hand-pouring candles… 😂🕯️

BUT, with the help of some absolutely amazing friends, Findels & Boo will now be at Tavistock Pannier Market Wednesday, Thursday AND Friday this week! 🤍

I may be slightly one-handed, but we’ll make it work! 😂 Come along and say hello — and perhaps don’t ask me to demonstrate how to shut a car door. 🤦🏼‍♀️
