Sometimes a little 4x6" Wellness Daily Journal tucked into your bag is all it takes to be a little more mindful of your positive mental health 💜

This journal encourages you to look at:
✨️ Your daily glimmers
✨️ How you felt
✨️ Things you learned
✨️ Things you struggled with
✨️ Things you are thankful for
✨️ Mindful doodling
✨️ Hydration

It's all too easy to focus on things that trigger you in your day, but how often do you focus on your glimmers? ✨️

What is a glimmer? ✨️
Glimmers are small, everyday micro-moments that signal safety, calm, and joy to your nervous system, acting as the functional opposite of a trigger.

Common Examples of Glimmers ✨️
• Feeling the warmth of morning sunlight or hot coffee on your hands.
• Hearing a favorite song unexpectedly in public.
• Catching the scent of fresh baking or blooming flowers.
• Noticing a pet greeting you or a stranger smiling.

What glimmers have you had today? 🥰💜

✨ Dear Santa… ✨
A little notebook for big Christmas wishes 🎄

This 6"x4" keepsake diary is just the right size for little hands - with six gentle lines per page to jot down kind deeds, festive dreams, or a quick note to Santa before bedtime. Each page feels achievable, encouraging children to pause, reflect, and sprinkle a bit of magic into every day. A sweet tradition to treasure year after year and read back on when they're grown. ❤️

Because even the smallest pages can hold the biggest Christmas wishes. ✨️
